Through collaboration with design professionals (Architect, Engineer, Landscape Architect, Interior Designer), Kingsley Construction Group goal during pre-construction is to pre-emptively avoid surprises in scope, budget and schedule. Investing in pre-construction will help expedite the design and permitting process; keep the project focused and allow for a smooth transition into construction.
